Anti-Scoliosis Therapy

  solving the scoliosis riddle

Anti-scoliosis therapy (AST) proposes hypotheses to explain the cause of idiopathic scoliosis and develops corrective management for treatment, always seeking to inform the brain to acquire an anti-scoliosis behavior pattern.

Research still in the development phase considers scoliosis to be a problem of mechanical origin involving the brain, skull, meninges and spine, initially with consequences on the fascia, viscera, general musculoskeletal system, in addition to the modification of the center of gravity. The observation of the modifications that scoliosis causes in the organism generates the concept of a scoliotic body and not just a scoliotic spine, and brings new approaches to treatment.

For the treatment of adhesions of the joint capsule, ligaments and meninges, TAE uses an anti-curve positioning and mobilizes the scoliosis vertebrae to break down fibrosis and adhesions.

For muscle treatment, TAE assesses the individual strength of each muscle in the trunk and, with this mapping, develops a series of exercises for Pilates and asymmetrical bodybuilding in a specific and personalized way for each scoliosis.

To treat the cause, TAE uses posture with traction of the spine in a position to correct the curves, bringing compensation to the skull and correcting the alterations in the spine in the skull. It also specifically treats the skull and viscera in relation to scoliosis.

And finally, for a better result, TAE combines its treatment with other existing methods that have demonstrated good results in scoliosis, the main ones being the Rigo Chêneau brace, the postural insole, osteopathy, 4SD exercises and Pilates to simplify scoliosis and also recommends Global Postural Reeducation (RPG).
